SAFETY NOTICE - Off Road and additional Roof/Bumper mounted lights are illegal to use on roads. They can cause a glare to other road vehicles. You cannot switch them on even when parked on the road - They must not be wired as part of the main beam or other vehicle lights - so they should not come on automatically with any other normal other vehicle lights 

These lights must have a seperate wiring harness and a completely seperate on off switch - They should be covered whilst driving on the road to ensure they cannot be used on the road Whilst Off Road Lights are not part of the legal BS requirements applying to the normal and essential vehicle lights for eg Brake Lights, Main Beam Lights, Rear Lights, Directional Indicators or Wiring Beacons etc as they are not allowed for road use.
